Elaine Hinz is the director and lead teacher of TCDC. She enrolls the children, coordinates lesson plans, and hires/supervises the staff. She creates an annual budget, make all purchases, and makes certain that we work within our budget. She has been an educator since 1971. Robin Timmerding, an assistant teacher, is our literacy tutor as well as sign-language instructor. She has earned her teacher certificate by the State of Ohio and has been teaching since 2004. Holly Hosbrook, an assistant teacher, is our other literacy tutor. She has been involved with the program since 2002. |
